Our learning platform is used to carry out training and instruction. Participation is partly voluntary and partly within the framework of mandatory requirements of our company.

The legal basis is the legal provisions on data protection and requirements in the areas of occupational safety and quality.


Legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f)

We use information about course completion certificates to provide compulsory training and statistics.


Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

The data will not be forwarded to third parties outside the school.


Transfer to a third country or international organizations

A transfer to third parties outside the European Union does not take place.
In the case of passing on in the context of international competitions, the persons affected are informed separately in advance. When participating in international

After completing a course, the information about the course completion, the date and, if necessary, an evaluation is stored in the personnel management system.

The use of the learning platform is required to complete your employment contract / study / training. The non-use
may have further consequences for you.

We will use the processed data only for the stated purposes.
